    The good thingsRasa kekeluargaan yang sangat erat, kesempatan untuk berkarier dan mengaktualisasisan diri terbuka lebar, memiliki banyak cabang sehingga kesempatan untuk ditempatkan di daerah baru sangat besar, perusahaan yang dinamis sehingga setiap harinya ada saja hal yang baru untuk dipelajari, karyawan yang selalu bersemangat walaupun sedang diburu target.
    The challengeskesempatan untuk memiliki waktu dengan keluarga cukup sedikit, fasilitas kesehatan masih kurang memadai, gaji/bonus/subsidi perlu ditingkatkan lagi guna menghindari fraud oleh karyawan.
