    The good thingss one of the largest banks in Indonesia, Bank Mandiri provided me with valuable exposure to structured processes, high-impact projects, and cross-functional collaboration. I especially appreciated the opportunity to work with a team that emphasized integrity, innovation, and customer-centric service. The culture fostered continuous learning—through training programs, performance feedback, and day-to-day mentoring from experienced colleagues. This not only enhanced my technical and analytical skills but also shaped my mindset in handling complex challenges with professionalism. Overall, my time at Bank Mandiri helped build a strong foundation in banking operations and client service, which continues to support my growth in the business and financial sector.
    The challengesAs a large and highly structured organization, many processes required multiple layers of approval, which sometimes slowed down execution and innovation. Additionally, the scope for creativity and initiative was somewhat constrained by standardized procedures and strict compliance protocols. While this is understandable in a highly regulated banking environment, it occasionally made it difficult to implement new ideas quickly. That said, I also understand that these structures are necessary to maintain consistency, risk control, and regulatory compliance. It was a valuable lesson in working within a corporate framework and navigating complex hierarchies.
