My ExperienceThe good thingsI learned about how to communicate with customers from different backgrounds, I also increased my communication skill by talking with customers, listening to their complaints, giving solutions to their problems, and giving education and explanation about products that they want to use.
The challengesThere are 2 things that make me feel less comfortable in this place, namely work/life balance and prayer. In this place, I can't find a work/life balance, because the working hours are shifting, and the placement of holidays is also random, so I can't make time for other things, one of which is quality time with my family, especially my parents. And also I feel uncomfortable with doing worship because there are regulations that limit the time of worship. I am very disappointed because in my opinion, work and worship must be balanced, and worship is everyone's right. so I feel uncomfortable when my worship time is limited. I'm looking for a place that will tolerate worship and not give a limited time.
