    The good thingsSince this is a huge private bank, It also comes with an excellent management for employee and an excellent salary too. Working here will give you the best experience, because you will get a full complete set of soft and hard skills along the way. It has a good working environment, and the employer will give you an excellent recognition for your achivements.
    The challengesYou have to be able to work under pressure, since this is a private bank, a customers' complain and review is everything. You have to be extra patient to handle every complaints and you have to understand that this company values their customers the best as they can.
