    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang sangat kekeluargaan dan sangat erat keterikatan antar tim. Semua divisi saling bahu membahu untuk kemajuan perusahaan.
    The challengesKeterbatasan spesifikasi produk dibandingkan dengan kompetitor yang membuat peluang mendapatkan project sangat kecil. Komunikasi dengan kantor pusat sulit karena keterbatasan bahasa.

    The good things1. Saya bisa belajar banyak mengenai Perusahaan dalam hal ini principal sebagai pemegang merek. 2. Bisa mengetahui bisnis, berapa besaran minimal Margin yang harus di dapatkan oleh suatu perusahaan 3. Menjadi tahu bagaimana Principal harus bisa berkembang dari dan meningkatkan omzet setiap tahun. 4. mengetahui untuk membangun suatu perusahaan apa saja ynag di butuhkan (secara Operasional).

    No Balance Pressure
    The good thingshigh friendship bonding among co-works for some employees that work without heart and no measured responsibility, would be enjoyed for a long term of work.
    The challengesno balance between title and salary for each departement. Management Rule and Job Desc often change without notify ( one man show rules ) we hope there is profesionality in body of management and staffs to create long term stability work proccess

    The good thingsWalaupun pekerjaan terasa berat namun dapat dijalankan dengan baik berkat bantuan dari setiap divisi yang ada. Seperti pameran yang akan menjadi bagus berkat display yang dibuat oleh tim Technical support dan Project Team.
    The challengesBanyak request dari para petinggi yang diluar kemampuan/diluar bidang yang dikuasai. tapi justru itu yang membuat diri menjadi berkembang.
