    Nyaman, sehat, supportif, teamwork sangat baik, namun kurang jelas dalam jenjang karir.
    The good things- Lokasi bekerja di pusat kota - Suasana kekeluargaan sangat terasa dan supportif - Komunikasi antar divisi sangat bersinergi dan dengan HO juga sangat supportif - kesejahteraan dan kesehatan karyawan sangat diperhatikan
    The challenges- penilaian tahunan masih subjektif - tidak adanya indikator jenjang karir yang jelas - ketentuan promosi sering berubah ubah - kurangnya kesempatan untuk karyawan lama menempuh jalur manajerial - kepala cabang tidak pernah ada rotasi atau pergantian, yang berdampak pada adanya kejenuhan dalam organisasi
