    Only apply for this job, if you could not find job anywhere. They said to me that we always got your back, in reality everyone is too busy with their task.
    The good thingsFree food, Free Parking, Health Insurance.
    The challengesThe job is way too many to handle. The supervisor have to manage 3 trainee at the time, she gets heated easily. I get that every job has its challenges, but not in this realm, they do not give you room to learn on your own. So you just have to agree with them without asking further question.

    The challengesWorking non-stop because it's considered part of the duty period, without regard to daily working hour limits. Being treated unfairly by clients. Often being burdened with tasks that are not supposed to be our responsibility.

    The good thingsThe people that has worked there for the longest time you could imagine where you can learn a lot from about doing your work or how to navigate working at the company. You can also learn what will make it works for the company to have grown to it's size this present day. Also you can learn what things are the cause of downfall for a company this big.
    The challengesDemanding expectations, long working hours, moody bosses, low salary, too many work politics, many works/jobs are done by people who don't care anymore about getting the work done properly as long as it's done, stressful working environment, many responsibility are easily passed on to youwhen the other person resign without any further info how long you will be doing that extra work without any additional extra payment, company rules are applied inconsistently depending of who you are or who 'you knows' and having head of management who like to belittle everyone beneath them unless you're an expat.

    Dont work here unless you want to get infected covid 19
    The good thingsAverage salary rate, medical benefit, lunch provided
    The challengesOffice workers still have to work from office. There is no WFH. Many office workers got infected covid 19, some of them has passed away. There is no contact tracing or self isolation policy for those who have close contact with covid 19 patients. Even the office still uses finger print for check in and out, that facilitates the spread of covid 19 in the office

    The good thingsSome of good colleagues, because mutual feeling like slavery. The number of patient is quiet much like Pelayanan Primer. If u seek for salay or convenience, I wouldnt recommend this place for work. But if u go for experience, u may go for it, it's still better than gov program that sent medical personnel to rural area. Bedroom (AC), Toilet (shared or no depends on site and what profession r u), Breakfast, lunch, dinner are provided.
    The challengesMost of their workplace are in rural area (site), better if you have friend who work in this company to have further info than go blind. Better than gov program but consider twice about place, salary, rule and plus point if u want to apply for next specialist program.
