    The good thingsSaya dapaf kesempatan baik belajar dan juga bekerja dengan karyawan dari Brazil yang sangat menguasai tekhnik pembibitan sapi,pemberian makanan tambahan untuk sapi dan juga sistem rolling paddock sapi.Saya juga mendapatkan lebih kepercayaan diri saya untuk terus mengembangkan potensi saya di bidang peternakan.
    The challengesUntuk berkoordinasi dengan bahasa portugis yang tidak saya kuasai menjadi kesulitan saya.Terkadang duo kepemimpinan juga menjadi kendala saya.Untuk proses pemesanan barang yang dibutuhkan kurang cepat.Sistem SOP dan juga sistem manajemen harus diperbaiki.Kondisi cuasa terkadang sangat menghambat pekerjaan saya.
