Maskapai Asuransi Tjahjana by virtue of Notarial Deed No. 213 in 1964 by Notary Liem Toeng Kie and the State Gazette No. 64 dated July 31st 1964.On September 20th 1995 according to Shareholders Meeting Article No. 35 which was drawn up by Notary Lieke Lianadevi Tukgali, S.H., PT. Maskapai Asuransi Tjahjana was acquired by Artha Graha Group, and changed its name to PT. ArthaGraha General Insurance (AGGI).The Article was approved by the Minister of Justice in his Decree No. C2.13806.HT01.04 dated October 30th 1995 and the State Gazette No. 7 dated January 23rd 1996 and Additional State Gazette No. 994 year 1996 and granted by the Director General, Department of Finance of Republic Indonesia in his Decree No. S-1826/LK/1996 dated March 29th 1996.The acquisition made by the Artha Graha Group on September 20th 1995 marked a new beginning for PT. ArthaGraha General Insurance (AGGI) as a whole.
