I previously worked as an IT Support staff, where I contributed to maintaining the network infrastructure, updating internet network settings, and performing regular backups of the server system. In addition to my main role, I also took on responsibilities as a Graphic Designer, which allowed me to develop my design skills while supporting the company's marketing and publication needs. This company provided a great opportunity for fresh graduates, especially as a first job and a place to grow while being introduced to the hospitality industry.
