    I previously worked as an IT Support staff, where I contributed to maintaining the network infrastructure, updating internet network settings, and performing regular backups of the server system. In addition to my main role, I also took on responsibilities as a Graphic Designer, which allowed me to develop my design skills while supporting the company's marketing and publication needs. This company provided a great opportunity for fresh graduates, especially as a first job and a place to grow while being introduced to the hospitality industry. However, one area that could be improved is the lack of a clear career advancement path.
    The good thingsI worked as an IT Support, handling network, internet setting, and regular server backups. I also supported the marketing team as a Graphic Designer, which helped me develop my design skills. The company is a good starting point for fresh graduates entering the hospitality industry
