Unit Geomin memiliki tugas utama mengelola dan mengembangkan kegiatan eksplorasi dan pencarian cadangan dan sumber daya mineral baru. Dibentuk pada akhir tahun 70-an, Unit Geomin berpengalaman lebih dari 30 tahun dalam bidang eksplorasi pertambangan khususnya mineral yang memiliki nilai ekonomis seperti nikel, bauksit, emas, dan bijih besi. Unit Geomin telah menjelajah ribuan kilometer mencari dan menemukan sumber daya mineral baru dari ujung barat hingga ujung timur Kepulauan Indonesia yang kaya akan mineral.

Corporate Culture plays an important role in managing the Company's human resources in an effort to realize the Company's Vision, Mission and Targets. Employees are required to understand and follow ANTAM's values and culture as guidelines. Since 2016, ANTAM's values and culture have referred to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk No. 127K/020/DAT/2016 dated April 1, 2016 concerning Revitalization of Company Values of PIONEER, SENSE, and ANTAM Guiding Principles of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk.
