Good company that should have better WLB and benefits
The good thingsAjaib has good business model and will thrive in most of times. Their goal is to increase Indonesian financial knowledge and accessibility which as we know Indonesian has very low financial knowledge and many are poor and mid tier class economy people.
The challengesToo fast pace as there are too many regulators and compliances that Ajaib needs to follow. It's normal to suddenly need to change your focus to another things due to what OJK said or BAPPEPTI said. Work life balance is a hard thing in this company. Salary increment and bonus also on yearly basis while in another startup it's quarterly or every half year. Ajaib also has a very high expectation, therefore a great performance will only be good enough on performance review.
