    A taste of American Professionalism in Indonesia
    The good thingsGreat remuneration and work-life balance, flexible working arrangement, work from home schedule. Very polite and respecting culture, compliant and professional. Almost everything we need for the job is already prepared, we could always ask from the company branch in other countries on similar problem and follow the best practice. Multinational exposure is really wide open. Lots of opportunity to go international.
    The challengesForcing global (USA) mindset/method which doesn't really fit with Indonesian local practice. Rigid compliance makes it difficult in adapting with the business practice Indonesia. Because of the respecting and polite culture, performance disciplinary becomes difficult. The non-performer know that no matter how awful they perform, they know that they have the immunity from losing the job.
