    The good thingsWorking in adidas Sourcing will give you a perspective how to work in the company internationally. You will find many people from different perspectives and cultures. Sporty environment but not as good as adidas name.
    The challengesHR management need to be improved, maybe because of this company is only representative office. Unclear Role and Responsibilities, Unclear direction from HQ, working with factory which sometime has different vision and objective. Salary less competitive.

    The challengestantangan yang saya hadapi ketika bekerja di PT.Adidas indonesia adalah ada beberapa invoice yang tidak diketahui letak posisinya karena saya tidak bertemu secara langsung dengan orang yang resign diposisi saya tersebut sehingga memerlukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut buat proses payment karena harus mengecek lagi ke vendor dan mencocokkan lagi.
