Fair pay & great colleagues, but toxic leadership ruins the potential of this company. The good thingsFair compensation & benefits.
Supportive colleagues among divisions.
The challengesSupportive colleagues but not for the direct supervisor, the direct supervisor created a challenging work atmosphere due to excessive micromanagement and a lack of trust in the team's capabilities. There was a strong element of manipulation, where the manager would spread negativity to other divisions while presenting a highly positive persona to senior leadership. The briefs were constantly changing, which hindered productivity. The leader was strictly process-oriented rather than results-oriented; even if an outcome was successful, it was deemed incorrect if not achieved exactly via their specific method. This discrepancy between the manager's public appearance and private toxic behavior was a major concern.
