TantanganSupportive colleagues but not for the direct supervisor, the direct supervisor created a challenging work atmosphere due to excessive micromanagement and a lack of trust in the team's capabilities. There was a strong element of manipulation, where the manager would spread negativity to other divisions while presenting a highly positive persona to senior leadership. The briefs were constantly changing, which hindered productivity. The leader was strictly process-oriented rather than results-oriented; even if an outcome was successful, it was deemed incorrect if not achieved exactly via their specific method. This discrepancy between the manager's public appearance and private toxic behavior was a major concern.

TantanganPlenty of abhorrent mind and psychological games. If some people don't like you personally and they have close relationship with people in management then they will create false reports against you. Intimidation and gaslighting happened in some interactions when no management people present or even in front of management members in subtle ways. If you give feedbacks or report to management about some employees behavior and attitude then management will gaslighting you by treating your report like you made it up and blaming people. They do all of this with friendly faces and voice tones. So, when you making heads up about all of that will look like antagonist.

Hal yang baikThis company fit for people who comfort with agreeable environment and have low-key personality people. People who do not prefer to be a risk-taker, do not like to challenge, do not like critical thinking (different ideas or point of view), and enjoy "high school" friendship type then this company has the best culture for you. Being extrovert and entertaining is the most important interpersonal skills that this company appreciate the most. If you like to expose your personal life to your colleagues and only have workplace as the only source of your social life this company has value-added for your life.
