    The good thingsBelajar mengenai sebuah bisnis baru di diagnostic sbg sales executive. Produk sangat kompeten yg didukung dgn regulasinyg sesuai dgn pemerintah sehingga mempermudah kinerja.
    The challengesManajemen yg kurang bagus, sistem yg masih kacau, fasilitas yg kurang mendukung dan atasan langsung yg tidak bisa membangun kebersamaan dan kurang support team, justru menyulitkan.

    The good things- good benefits (medical, transportation, and annual bonus) - good environment (nice people and strategic office location) - good work-life balance
    The challenges- need update for marketing strategy - need improvement for human resource development (e.g. appropriate training/courses, employee grooming, coaching clinic, etc).
