🔑Job descriptions
- Provide training on product knowledge, awareness, and capabilities for retail teams and dealers
- Conduct training evaluations
- Conduct market research
- Responsible for training and enabling Field Force team members and customer retailer staff to enhance their sell-out capability
- Create daily and weekly work plans
- Develop training materials & reports
- Monitor promoter in-store performance and coordinate with regions to improve regional sell-out
✅Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio), must experience in field trainer retail
- High mobility (willing to travel)
- Able to create own presentation materials
- Fluent in public speaking
- High sales acumen is an advantage
- Speaking active English
