Provider Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update hospital records, ensuring all information in the system remains accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers through regular visits, hosting hospital meetings, and maintaining effective communication with key contacts.

  • Support the Operations team and cross-functional departments by handling hospital-related inquiries and performing administrative tasks within the scope of responsibility.

  • Negotiate hospital agreements, including discounts and payment terms, to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and Hospital, facilitating seamless communication and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

  • Conduct provider onboarding, training, and program socialization to ensure a clear understanding and consistent implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a Provider Relations Officer or Customer Service Representative in a similar industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

  • English proficiency is a must.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

  • Experience with or familiarity with Canva is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail.
