Our concierge team specializes in creating memorable stays, from arranging private yoga sessions and trusted babysitters to securing restaurant reservations and designing meaningful celebrations.

Account Executive/Contracting Lead
1. Contract new villas
Based on data, identify supply needs in Villa Finder’s destinations.
Source for great villas.
Propose Villa Finder services to the villa owners, answer their questions, and sign partnership agreements.
Follow our standards to ensure the quality of villas contracted.
2. Build owners’ relations
Build and maintain high-touch relationships with villa owners.
Introduce villa owners to our Distribution solution.
Understand and communicate market and industry trends.
3. Coordinate & optimize
Work closely with the Content Department to ensure listings are created promptly.
Make sure each listing reflects the unique selling points of the villas.
About you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accountable and fighting spirit
Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Villa Finder started in Singapore in 2012 with a simple idea: to simplify the process of booking a villa in Asia. As more people joined the team, we opened our second office in Bali in 2013. We now have a team of 55 from 9 countries who all share a passion for amazing villas, delicious food, and protecting our environment.
Our mission is simple: creating the holiday of the guests' dreams in the perfect villa. Our guests’ happiness is at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about curating the perfect, stress-free stay and a memorable holiday experience for our guests. We personally curate all our villas across our 28 destinations.
