Tour Product & Operation – Europe, Mediterranean & ANZAC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tour products for Europe, Mediterranean & ANZAC destinations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, airlines, attractions, and local suppliers.

• Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial agreements to ensure competitive pricing.

• Oversee end-to-end tour operations, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Ticketing, and Operations teams for product launches and campaign support.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve product competitiveness.

• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions during tour execution.

• Monitor product performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product, Tour Operations, or Destination Management.

• Strong knowledge of Europe, Mediterranean, and ANZAC destinations.

• Experience negotiating with international suppliers and DMCs.

• Strong understanding of itinerary planning, costing, contracting, and tour operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to travel overseas for product development and supplier visits.
