TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT ADMIN

Job Description

• Manage the administration and documentation of training and development programs.

• Coordinate training schedules, Learning Management System (LMS), and virtual meeting platforms.

• Maintain training records, HRIS databases, and prepare training reports.

• Support the execution of training programs, including participant coordination and certificate issuance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth Training & Development operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major with at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in Training Administration, L&D, or HR.

• Strong interest in Learning & Development and potential to grow as a Future Trainer.

• Digital-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, and AI tools is an advantage.
