PPIC Staff

Responsibilities:

Production Planning
• Prepare production plans based on forecast, customer orders, and product stock requirements.
• Support the preparation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and production schedule.
• Analyse planning gaps between MPS, production schedule, sales, and stock levels.
• Monitor production progress and adjust planning when required.

Material & Inventory Control
• Prepare material requirement planning to support smooth production processes.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate purchase follow-up with the Purchasing team.
• Monitor stock availability in the warehouse to ensure production continuity.
• Support the preparation and update of Bill of Material (BOM) for each product.

Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily planner reports based on production plan, stock, material, and production results.
• Coordinate actively with Production, Sales, Purchasing, QC, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure planning data is accurate, updated, and communicated on time.
• Provide improvement suggestions related to production planning processes.

 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control.

• Have experience working in manufacture plastic packaging industry will be a good advantage.
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory systems.
• Able to communicate in English, both active and passive.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and able to work with data.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination skills and able to work individually or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning/reporting tools.
