E-commerce Operation

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operation Staff to support our daily marketplace and online store operations. The ideal candidate is familiar with e-commerce platforms, enjoys working with data and coordination, and can ensure smooth operational processes to maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)

• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock accuracy

• Monitor order processing, shipment status, and return handling

• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

• Analyze sales performance, campaign results, and marketplace insights

• Support promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform activities

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major

• Minimum 1 year experience in E-Commerce Operations or related field

• Familiar with marketplace seller centers and e-commerce systems

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience handling TikTok Shop is a plus

• Able to communicate in English is preferable
