IT Support & Asset Administrator
The IT Support & Asset Administrator is responsible for providing daily IT support, managing IT assets, and maintaining accurate asset documentation and lifecycle tracking. This role supports users with hardware, software, network, and business applications while ensuring operational efficiency and reliable IT services across the company.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, IT Asset Management, or System Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, office software, printers, scanners, and office IT equipment troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of network troubleshooting, including LAN, WiFi, and IP configuration.
Experience with IT asset inventory, asset tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
Familiar with helpdesk/ticketing systems and finance systems such as Accurate is an advantage.
Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and support users in a fast-paced environment.
