About the role

STEM & PLAY INDONESIA is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team in KBP West Bandung, West Java. As a fulltime teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters the holistic development of young children.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and implementing engaging Lego Class and STEM activities.

2. Fostering a love for learning and exploration in young children through hands-on, interactive activities.

3. Observing and assessing children's progress, and adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual needs.

4. Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a consistent approach to the children's development.

5. Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field

2. Proven experience teaching young children.

3. Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

5. A passion for nurturing children's curiosity and love of learning, particularly in the STEM fields.

6. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
