We are seeking an experienced Import Export Staff to join our dynamic team at PT NATUREPACK ESSENTIALS INDONESIA'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of our manufacturing business located in Kaliwungu District Kendal Central Java ID.

We are looking for reliable, self-motivated and responsible talents to join our team for mutual growth and value creation!

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the import and export of raw materials, finished goods and equipment for our manufacturing operations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and documentation requirements

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other logistics providers to optimise supply chain efficiency

• Monitor shipment status and inventory levels to mitigate delays and minimise disruptions

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on import and export activities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement cost-saving measures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall import/export function

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an import/export or customs clearance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry&if you have the experience in bonded factories are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of customs regulations, procedures and documentation requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex situations

• Proficient in data analysis and report generation to provide valuable insights

• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
