Senior UI/UX Designer (Full Time Position Based in Malaysia)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing engaging user experiences and crafting intuitive interfaces across BeED’s web, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have strong design thinking skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple & elegant digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

·  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals and design requirements.

·  Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve user flows.

·  Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user journey maps for new features and product enhancements.

·  Design visually appealing and functional interfaces for BeED’s web, mobile, and desktop apps.

·  Ensure design consistency across platforms through component libraries, style guides, and design systems.

·  Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

·  Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to enhance usability and engagement.

·  Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

·  Min of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design (experience in SaaS or EdTech products is a plus).

·  Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile applications.

·  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

·  Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.

·  Experience with usability testing, prototyping, and wireframing tools.

·  Good communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

·  Highly creative and able to think outside the box to find innovative solutions to UI/UX challenges.

·  Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Flutter, Angular, etc.) is an advantage.
