Landscape Site Inspector

About the Role
This position will be responsible for oversee on-site landscape construction and ensure all work meets project drawings, technical specifications, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong field supervision skills, a solid understanding of softscape and hardscape works, and the ability to produce accurate daily reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure the quality of hardscape and softscape installation meets company standards.

• Inspect materials and plants (type, size, health condition, and specification compliance).

• Prepare detailed daily/weekly reports with photo documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, foremen, and internal teams to keep the project on schedule.

• Monitor installation of irrigation systems, drainage, and site grading.

• Enforce OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) standards on-site.

• Conduct final inspections, prepare punch lists, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Plan, monitor, and evaluate work schedules and manpower allocation for field operations.

• Oversee the initial maintenance period (watering, fertilizing, plant replacement, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Landscape Architecture, Agronomy, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• 3–4 years of experience as a Landscape Inspector or Landscape Supervisor (preferred).

• Strong understanding of landscape drawings and technical standards for softscape and hardscape work.

• Proficient with documentation tools (Microsoft Office, camera, mobile forms).

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong in coordination.

• Willing to be stationed in Megamendung, Bogor.
