Digital Creative Strategist

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Digital Creative Strategist to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role will serve as the strategic and creative “brain” behind our digital presence, developing ideas, campaigns, and content directions that strengthen brand engagement and user growth. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and creative team teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.

• Conceptualize and oversee creative digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, website, paid ads, etc).

• Analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance) to ensure cohesive execution.

• Generate fresh, innovative ideas for digital storytelling and user engagement.

• Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Provide strategic direction to the digital marketing team and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, creative direction, or campaign management.

• Strong understanding of digital media, social trends, and content ecosystems.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
