About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, and providing insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting activities.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts per business units.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulations.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

• Maintain internal controls and safeguard company assets.

• Oversee tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, etc.).

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Support cost efficiency and risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance role.

• Strong knowledge of financial standards, tax regulations, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
