Management Trainee - Planning & Productivity Management
Job description:
Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations.
Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.
Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.
Review and revise project CAD designs as needed
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields,
Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture,
Preferably have a knowledge in:
Production process;
Polymer material;
Accounting; and
Project management.
Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
Have an experience with CAD would be advantage.
