ADMIN FINANCE PROJECT
Job Description:
Support internal finance activities
Support all project softcopy or hardcopy documents (entry data to Accurate Software, summarize, organize, create, compile data, filling documents)
Correspondence internal and external coordination, proactive in coordinating with other departments
Tracking & filling project costs
Assist in preparing progress payments to vendor and subcontractors
Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree
Proficient in English (is a must)
Min. 2 years as working experience in the same field
Candidate must have multitasking, administrative, data entry, Ms. Office skills (Able to Accurate Software is added advantage)
Hard worker, able to work in team, communicative, good attitude
Ability to work in project team environment
Ability to work under pressure and dateline
Willing to work in Bali
