KOL Affiliate Specialist - Shopee
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and love connecting with creators? We’re looking for a KOL Affiliate to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach beauty KOLs/influencers for affiliate and barter collaborations (especially in Shopee platform)
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to boost brand awareness and sales.
Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance.
Consistently achieve monthly affiliate targets set by the company
Requirements:
Min 1 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (beauty industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiar with performance tracking and reporting.
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and social media.
