Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Teknik Mesin, atau jurusan yang terkait lainnya.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di posisi yang sama
Familiar dengan ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001 : 2005
Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, menyusun strategi, dan mengawasi semua aktivitas produksi untuk mendorong efisiensi produksi sekaligus mempertahankan profitabilitas.
Memantau proses produksi dan menyesuaikan jadwal sesuai kebutuhan.
Mengembangkan dan menerapkan perencanaan produksi untuk mencapai pengiriman tepat waktu dan mengoptimalkan pengendalian inventaris.
Mengelola semua aktivitas dalam proses produksi, termasuk pemeliharaan, biaya produksi, dan tenaga kerja.
Mengawasi dan melatih tim serta meninjau kinerja mereka untuk mempertahankan kestabilan tenaga kerja.
Melaksanakan tugas terkait lainnya sesuai penugasan atau kebutuhan.

In 2010, we expand our business to nonwoven spunbound products through PT SURYASUKSES MEKAR MAKMUR featuring AMARI brand.
Our reliability in plastic manufacturing has been proven very much satisfying, both in local and international markets. We export our products to all over the world and serve 1.600 customers in both local and international markets.
