GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF (BUILDING MAINTENANCE)
We are a Multinational Company providing Container Depot and Warehousing service located in North Jakarta and are a beneficiary of Evergreen Group. We are now seeking for YOUNG, DYNAMIC AND RESPONSIBLE candidate to join us.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor degree of Civil Engineer
Minimum 1 year experience
Fluent in English oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understand in asset management and building construction planning
Able to analyze budget plan of a project
Familiar with AutoCAD
Have the ability to negotiate
Have integrity and accuracy in carrying out tasks
Have analytical thinking skill, honest and proactive
Eager to learn, loyal and able to work under pressure
Able to work both individually and in team
Working area at Cakung, Cilincing, North Jakarta

General Administration
Manage assets, maintenance building
Process material requests and make purchase order
Analyse Vendors or suppliers
Ensure the quality and condition of the goods
Make a report on the recapitulation of purchase reports
Fostering good relations with Vendors or Suppliers
