QA Automation Tester

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams

• Identify test scenarios for automation based on manual test cases and business requirements.

• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to detect issues.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Maintain test data and environments to support continuous testing.

• Report defects clearly, verify fixes, and ensure regression coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in automation testing.

• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Playwright.

• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ClickUp) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.

• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

It will be a plus if :

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).

• Knowledge of Docker or containerized test environments, AWS.
