Branding Manager
Responsibilities:
Create brand strategies that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
Market research to plan and identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning - Monitor and evaluate branding campaigns
Maintain social media performances and strategies
Maintain PR with media articles, collaboration, and advertisement
Ensure effective collaboration among KOL and communities
Manage event plan, execution, and result
Collaborate major cross-functional projects with third-party vendors and other departments
Monitor and evaluate performances using key metrics and sales data
Budget control and management for effective allocation and higher ROI
Evaluate and report to management
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team
Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand or marketing campaigns and strategies
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to measure brand performance using KPIs and analytics tools
Experienced in financial services, trading, or investment industries is a plus
