Finance Staff-Korean Speaker TOPIK Level 5

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations: payments, petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor transactions.

• Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial records with transparency.

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for local and Korean HQ.

• Handle payroll, BPJS, and tax administration (PPh21, VAT, corporate tax).

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and Korean management team.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and Indonesian accounting standards.

• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software preferred.

• Fluent in English (compulsory) – written and spoken for reporting and coordination.

• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 5 or higher, compulsory) – to communicate with Korean management.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
