Watch Service Technician
Job Description
Perform all general watch repairs including battery replacement, parts replacement, strap changes, and chronograph servicing.
Conduct diagnostic checks to ensure proper functioning of both quartz and automatic movements.
Stay updated and proficient with smartwatch technologies.
Utilize or develop appropriate tools, techniques, and processes to resolve issues during repair.
Perform quality control on completed work to maintain the highest standards of precision and craftsmanship.
Operate machinery safely and in accordance with established procedures.
Continuously build and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient personal workspace, as well as contribute to overall workshop cleanliness.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in technical assembly or watch repair (quick-service experience preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent hand–eye coordination.
Strong communication and comprehension skills to accurately address customer repair requests.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity.
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to quality and service excellence.
