Jobs Descriptions :
1. Ensure that Import documents ( Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PIB,etc ) are correct and complete.
2. Actively monitor activities regarding the shipment schedule & document status.
3. Coordinate with suppliers , forwarders & customs.
4. Archiving documents and update the data into the system.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor Degree from any fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Import documentations and custom clearance process.
3. Have a good knowledge related to import procedure and regulations such as PIB , HS Code, etc.
4. Good communication & time management skills, reliable and thorough.
5. Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
