Physician Relation Executive (Medan)
Job description:
Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners such as doctors, clinics, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the Jakarta area.
Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordinating patient flow efficiently.
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to expand reach and increase the number of referrals to our hospital.
Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide input to improve services and referral processes.
Collaborate with other clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Achieve and exceed established benchmark targets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or relationship management role in the healthcare industry.
Good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, referral processes, and various stakeholders in the sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Dedicated, proactive, and works well in a team as well as independently.
Familiar with CRM software and relevant analytics tools.
