Head of Finishing Department (Textile Industry)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in textile finishing processes, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Willing to be placed to work in Pekalongan

• Strong knowledge of textile finishing processes such as heat setting, calendaring, stenter, coating, dyeing, and washing.

• Familiar with machinery and equipment used in the finishing department.

• Ability to analyze fabric quality and troubleshoot finishing defects.

• Understanding of quality control standards and procedures in textile production.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of managing production schedules and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in team training, performance evaluation, and improvement plans.

• Can operate a computer (Microsoft Office)

• Proficient in using production management software (e.g., ERP systems)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
