Tidak pernah mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja karena Pensiun Dini, atas permintaan sendiri, dan hukuman disiplin sebagai pegawai tetap di Perusahaan/Induk Perusahaan/anak perusahaan lainnya/perusahaan patungan/perusahaan terafiliasi di KAI grup
Tidak pernah diberhentikan di Perusahaan atau Institusi lainnya dikarenakan hukuman disiplin;
Memiliki sertifikasi Bahasa Inggris TOEFL ITP = 500 /TOEFL IBT = 61 / IELTS = 5,5 / TOEIC = 500 (menjadi nilai plus)
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja Perusahaan
Memiliki akreditasi program studi "A" saat tahun kelulusan oleh BAN-PT atau Lembaga Akreditasi Nasional
Memiliki IPK Minimal 3,25.
Persyaratan Khusus :
Minimialpendidikan S1/D.IV Teknik Sipil/Teknik Industri
Menguasai MS Office, MS Projects, SAP/ETABS
Memahami jenis material konstruksi dan spesifikasi teknisnya, serta sumber pemasok yang andal;
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang supply chain management
Memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi kerja (SKK) minimal level 7 (cth. Manajer Logistik Proyek, Ahli Muda Bidang Keahlian Manajemen Konstruksi, dll) menjadi nilai plus
Memahami perhitungan Struktur, RAB & RAP
Memahami dinamika proyek konstruksi, seperti kebutuhan material
Menguasai perencanaan transportasi, jadwal pengiriman, dan pengelolaan inventaris untuk memastikan material tiba tepat waktu dan sesuai anggaran

PT KA Properti Manajemen (KAI Properti) is a Subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) which was established based on the Approval Letter from the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. S535/MBU/2009, dated July 29, 2009 and based on the Deed of Establishment No. 9, dated September 8, 2009 made before Mrs. Fathiah Helmi, SH, Notary in Jakarta. The Deed of Establishment has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-5150.AH.01.01, dated October 26, 2009.
The shareholders of KAI Properti are PT KAI with 99.63% ownership and Yayasan Pusaka with 0.37% ownership.
