About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Staff to join our team, based in Cikupa, Banten. As a full-time member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our robust technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and end-user devices

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components

• Monitor and manage the performance and security of our IT infrastructure, addressing any issues or concerns that arise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve our technological capabilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are able to effectively utilise our IT systems

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure by researching and recommending new technologies and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT supporting or similar role

• Strong technical expertise in the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related components

• Proficient knowledge of modern IT tools, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with end-users and cross-functional teams

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT infrastructure or a related field would be an advantage
