MATH TEACHER (JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL - IGCSE)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree or higher from an accredited institution, majoring in Education or Math & Science Education.

· Minimum of 5 (five) years teaching experience in an International Junior High School settings.

· Having a sound understanding of Cambridge IGCSE curriculum will be an advantage.

· Excellent English communication skill.

· Strong classroom management and communication skills

Requirements:

· Excellent English communication skills and In-depth knowledge of the subject.

· Highly responsible for the teaching of Math and tracking and assessing student's work.

· Highly motivated to serve children, can engage students in the teaching and learning process, and sets high standards for self and students.

· Has in-depth knowledge of the learners’ profile attributes and can support the students in developing desired skills aligned with them.

· Passionate about professional and personal growth to improve teaching practices.

· Preparing up-to-date teaching resources and instructional materials to increase students’ joy and effective engagement in their learning.

· Demonstrate an understanding of interdisciplinary teaching and learning.

· Continuously monitor students’ progress and make necessary changes in teaching strategies and lesson plans to meet students’ needs.

· Collaborative and demonstrates independence and enthusiasm in sharing professional practices with colleagues.

· Understands, respects, and appreciates diverse cultures, and a sense of global stewardship and responsibility.
