About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to joint PT. Fohoway International Indonesia as an Customer Service Executive. In this full-time role based in Manado , you will be responsible for managing and growing Customer Service Executive, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the business.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Experience 1 years experiences working with enterprise segmentation
Bachelor’s degree, any major min GPA 3,0 (preferably from health major)
Great inter-personal skill and teamwork
Strong Communication written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Creative person, fast learner and adaptive
Managing relationship and being point-of-contact of clients
Familiar with sales tools such as Microsoft Office
Tasks & responsibilities
1. Supervise and evaluate customer service activities, and provide them with regular performance feedback.
2. Develop strategies and monitor daily customer service operations activities.
3. Serve Customer Needs as needed such as Product Information, Prices, Payments, Handling Complaints, Delivery of Goods, Use of Training Rooms, Use of Product Testers.
4. Monitor Members and Leaders regarding company policies.
5. Monitor and authenticate returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
6. Investigate and resolve customer service complaints.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of service policies
8. Maintain documentation related to customer service
