Legal & Internal Affairs Manager

Job Description:

1. Provide  legal advice and handle legal matters relating to lease of demised premises and other transactions conducted by the Mall.
2. Drafting, review and negotiate leasing, marketing and other contracts conducted,
3. Liaise and manage government, regulatory and/or local authority;
4. Handle legal dispute and consumer claims
5. Develop and implement legal and internal affairs strategies and through the collaboration with other functions provide strategic legal insight, potential risks exposure and mitigation plans of any significant legal and regulatory development
6. Monitoring logistics storage according to procedures, needs and SLA
7. Conduct monitoring & control company assets
8. Build good relationship with authority and external parties related.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
2. At least 7 years of working experience as Corporate Legal or 4 years qualified lawyer
3. Having experience in Mall Industries & PERADI license will be advantage
4. Excellent communication in English (written and oral), cross cultural and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience working with stake holders across all level organization
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
7. Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
8. Capable to  multitask and prioritize works.
9. Will be placed in Semarang (23 Semarang)
