At Zettabyte, we have a positive tradition whereby if we get stuck on a task for more than 10 minutes, we are encouraged to immediately discuss it with our mentor or leader. This habit not only helps expedite task completion but also prevents personal assumptions that can hinder team collaboration. This culture of mutual support and active discussion is what kept me comfortable and motivated throughout my internship.
